Is "FAT" the new "NORMAL"?

So this week a health website posted this chart to Facebook, and the backlash was OBESE (diet practitioner humor). There were hundreds of comments from people extremely offended, and stating that even though they were considered "obese" according to this .chart, they in fact felt "normal". The actual BMI (Body Mass Index) chart doesn't look like this, it's a RANGE, anywhere between 20-40 lbs per height. What this means is that 2 different people could be 5'10" but one might weigh 130 lbs and the other 165 lbs and both still be considered "normal" weight. That's a 35 lbs difference, 15.9 kg! This week as I was walking down the aisle of a major department store, something caught my eye and I had to pick it up and read the ingredients. It said "Mayonnaise Type Dressing". What the heck is that, I thought??? Of course at the bottom it said "55% less fat than our regular mayonnaise". And that's supposed to be a good thing, right? In this society it is. So let me translate this for you: Mayo-type dressing means it is FAKE and processed. That's the first problem. Critics of the LCHF diet: Who are they?

The LCHF lifestyle follows a diet Lower in Carbs and Higher in Fat than the "average" diet consumed TODAY. Consequently, people for the LCHF diet believe that we should eat less carbs and more fat than the dietary allowances in our food guides. While researching the Canadian Dietary Guidelines, I realized that up until the 1992 guidelines eating LIVER, specifically, was recommended on each and every guideline.
