  • Cocoa Butter, 2 oz.

  • Pure Cacau, 1 tbsp

  • Sea Salt, pinch

  • Splash of vanilla essence

  • Pure Peppermint Oil, 2-3 drops

Remember the "After Eight" mints?? I wasn't sure what to call mine, but these are great with an espresso after a meal, and don't trigger any cravings (no sugar or sweetener).

How to Prepare:

  1. In a double boiler, melt together the cocoa butter and pure cacau.

  2. Remove from heat and add a pinch of sea salt to help harden.

  3. I added a dash of vanilla essence and a few drops of pure peppermint oil for the minty flavour (and digestive aid).

  4. After it has just slightly cooled, but still liquid, pour into the bottom of a container, and place in fridge to cool.

  5. Once solid, pop it out of container and break into preferred individual serving size and store in a container in fridge.
