I have looked and looked for a keto rapini recipe and came up with nothing, so I made my own! This is excellent. Goes with Ribs or any other protein (even Salmon, I have tried), and it also goes with a pasta-like recipe like zoodles. You can ass anything to this recipe. I added tomatoes to this one and a hot chili pepper (of course!).

How to Prepare:

  1. In a skillet fry the garlic in the olive oil, throw in the rapini and stir fry until soft (3 minutes), add the feta cheese and spices to taste.

  2. Serve.
